Norhafizah was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2000 after completing her pupillage with the firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Bond University, Australia. She is now a Senior Associate.

Norhafizah has been exposed to a wide range of legal work since her appointment as a junior associate. Her initial exposures were in the field of retail conveyancing or property transactions. Now she handles complex conveyancing matters involving international and institutional clients as well as trade financings. 

Some of her experiences are:

• Provided advice and prepared documentations to a number of developers such as Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd, Lebar Daun Development Sdn Bhd, UDA Holdings Berhad and Sime Darby Berhad

• Handled the preparation and drafting of property acquisition and constructions documents involving Open University Malaysia (OUM)

• Acted as legal counsel for the preparation and drafting of Privatisation Agreement for Proposed National Defence Centre (PUSPAHANAS)

• Prepared joint venture and commercial agreements for companies

• Involved in the drafting of legal documents and the conduct of the due diligence exercise in respect of the business transfer arrangement between American Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Malayan Banking Berhad, the initial public offering (IPO) of UDA Holdings Berhad and Evergreen Fiberboard Berhad and the acquisition of MNI Holdings Bhd by Mayban Fortis Holdings Berhad
