Adi Hazlan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February, 2005. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Adi Hazlan practised law at Messrs Ariffin Raj De Silva. He is now a partner in Nik Saghir & Ismail.

• Provided advice and legal opinions to Government agencies in connection with various civil actions and acted as their counsel in numerous civil suits. Among his major clients are National Heart Institute (IJN) and Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad

• Acted as legal counsel for financial institutions and commercial entities in various legal disputes. His clients include Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad (Agro Bank),  Affin Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank, Telekom Malaysia Berhad

• Conducted trials and all court proceedings in matters involving  corporate  and commercial disputes at the various level of courts in Malaysia including the Malaysian Federal Court. He has also conducted a number of criminal trials in his years of experience 

• Drafted commercial agreements such as franchise agreements, licence agreement, service and mining agreement for various corporate clients
